Stadtbibliothek Horní Planá

Die Stadtbibliothek ist im Erdgeschoss der Gebäude des Kultur- und Informationszentrums untergebracht. Die Biblothek entstand 1921 und es handelst sich um nicht-gewinnorientierte Organisation, die von der Stadt Horní Planá eingerichtet wurde. Die Bibliothek gewährt öffentliche Bibliothek- und Informationsangebote. Die Bibliothek erfüllt eine regionale Funktion in begrenztem Umfang.
